  44.     "Fill with BG Color" causes the image's selection to be filled
  45.     with the solid color shown in the Background part of the Color
  46.     Area of the Toolbox. 
  47.     (The color is also shown to the left of the menu entry.)  If
  48.     some areas of the image are only partially selected, they are
  49.     filled in proportion to their degree of selectedness.
